As a result of the successful work I performed in the traineeship (see below) I was hired to move the project forward to the next stage, which was contacting the various municipal tourism agencies worldwide and making this network operational.

Trainee at Risorse per Roma S.p.a., with duties of analyst and researcher.Duties included researching, largely web-based, on tourism agencies from various world capitals in order to improve and compete on the same level as them and to create a network of tourism agencies throughout the world.
2002/2003
Assistant Coach of the first-ever team (Università Roma Tre) representing Italy as the National Champion team in the 2003 Shearman & Sterling International Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, Washington. Helped in the selection of the initial students participating in the competition at Roma Tre, and supervised the team that won the intramural competition as their mentor in all phases of the preparation of the written memorials and oral arguments. Advised team re cooperation and organisational matters ranging from division of work, to stylistic and substantive legal arguments, to meeting a series of deadlines. Accompanied the team as Acting Coach to the International Competition in Washington, DC to compete against National Champion teams from around the world.

Ongoing co-operation with Prof. Paolo Benvenuti and Prof. Giandonato Caggiano, who hold the chairs of European and International Law at the Law Department of the Università Roma Tre. Selected by Prof. Fabio Marcelli (Centro Studi Giuridici Internazionali del CNR,National Council of Researches) to participate in the writing of a report on the legal defence, of Haitian rice production in relation to American dumping.Researched WTO norms regarding dumping and strategised and wrote the main arguments constituting the defence of Haiti’s position for an appeal in front of the WTO.

Librarian at the Law-Economics area of the Università degli Studi Roma Tre’s library. This was a scholarship assigned post. Duties were highly user oriented, serving students on a one to one basis as they requested assistance in their research and advising them on how to optimise the library’s resources for their own purposes. Also handled many aspects of the library’s administration and organising of the entire structure, including shelving and purging of volumes on a regular basis.
1998 and 2000
Scrutiniser and Vice President of the Board of Scrutinisers at provincial and regional elections. Duties included: organising the schedules of the other scrutinisers and election workers, counting and tabulating votes, organising and implementing the process by which hundreds of voters would effectively cast their votes and assuring smooth operations throughout the process, manage troubleshooting during operations, including resolving any complaints or conflicts that may arise.
